The thing I named "zarabatana" is an example of the nefilim's distorted perspective. It's a recent breed, molded after nefilims were shot by firearms. So they made a sharpshooter, equipped with meat instead of metal and gunpowder. Imagine an armless man, which had his mouth pulled until it became a long funnel of bone covered with skin. It has no eyes neither a nose, but it has many, many nostrils to inhale until its lungs bloat like accordions at its back. The licks of the long tongue grease the inside of the "barrel", what were once ears work as a bipod to stabilize it when it is crouching in legs whose knees bend forward like a bird's. The tongue loads the projectile. In this moment it exhales, and spits a spiky tooth with enough power for it to disappear inside a tree's trunk.
